One day Mike was walking around the streets of SF, doing something or other,
when he noticed a very large billboard hanging overhead, vacant, just waiting
to be of service. The mind starts reeling about what the next message might
be... "Have a Coke and a Smile", "HP -- Adaptable Enterprise", "It's not
your fathers' BMW", "Starbucks" or an outrageously excited (possibly constipated) half face extolling the amazing sensation of a cell phone company's new roll-over minutes plan. Surely, all of these messages will make the world a better place..
Though still, what if..

What if there appeared another sort of message? What if the message just
said "I LOVE YOU", and nothing more? No logos or fine print, just that.
